No Download progress page

Hi. Set up a new web security today. Everythings working great. But when downloading a file from the internet I dont see the usual download progress page with the percentage bar. I can immediately save the file to my hard drive.

Virus scan is enabled for my proxy profile.

What setting could be missing?
