Stopping Google Talk in Apps Control

Hi all,

Hope you are doing well.

I tried to stop a lot of apps like MSN ,Yahoo Messenger,Teamviewer...etc and they were stopped except Google talk.

I chose to stop it from apps (Gtalk and XMPP) but it passess through.
