[8.920][QUESTION] Only One Laptop shows

I just installed endpoint protection.

At install time both laptops showed and registered.
now it shows that one is offline.
I go to that laptop and can cause an update - so I know it goes online - but it does not show in the UTM.

The one that works is Windows 7 32 bit
The one that doesn't is Windows 7 64 bit

32 bit machine is pingable - 64 bit is not

So my question is - do I need to set something on 64 bit machine so it shows in UTM ?
