Hi All
If you unistall the existing endpoint client and try to re install it on the same PC , the UTM will treat it as a new client and therefore associate a new name. For example, I've unistalled the client and once I've installed the new one the UTM detected it as <old name>1 ( pic attached)
I 've then tried to restart the UTM endpoint process to make sure that the old entry would be removed. This didn't happen and therefore I manually deleted the old entry from UTM
What is the exact process regarding this? Shouldn't the UTM update it's records and not create a new pc or delete the old record?
Thanks
