User Portal doesn't show Quarantine

I'm using a ASG 8.301 with POP3 Proxy, Quarantine and User Portal enabled. After a while I can open the quarantine manager in the Web Admin interface and manage the quarantined eMails

But if I login to the User Portal (login works perfectly) I see only Welcome, Change Password, HTTPS Proxy and Logout

I can't see any other menu items in the portal and I have not disabled any Portal Items. If I disable certain items (e.g. Change Password) it isn't shown anymore in the portal but how can I get the POP3 Quarantine Menu item visible in the Portal?
