[8.930][OPEN] can't download any file via Transparent Mode Proxy

Hello,

After upgrading to 8.930, I can't seem to download any files. I'm using Transparent Mode Proxy. Only after I put my laptop in skip transparent mode, I was able to download. Please let me know what log file to post for troubleshooting.
