As a default action all filters under the SMPT log are enabled. However, it seems that the log is not updated properly (as per pic attached)
Steps to reproduce the issue
1)Go to smtp log and Uncheck the "delivered" items
2)change tab (for example POP3 quarantine)
3) Go back to smtp log (pic attached)- Even though the delivered filter is ticked the delivered emails are not shown
However, updating the section via changing tabs for a 2 time will fix the issue
