HTTP Block Page Modify CLI

Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone can help me locate where the block page is for the http proxy? I'd prefer to edit this via command line and/or outside the firewall appliance gui. I figure I could just download it via scp and then upload again?

Anyone know where I can find this?
