Enterprise licensing question - switching from vendor held (gold) to premium.

Hi all.

The school district I work for has decided to up to premium support for the license renewal. I have received the new license upgrade information, but I think I may have an issue. Previously we have had GOLD support and the vendor would supply me with license files, not keys. Consequently I have no licenses showing in my "My Astaro" portal (save for my own personal home license). The new license keys sent to me in an email are UPGRADE ones (they start with "UPG-******xx" so I don't think I can just add them as new in my portal (they need to be added as renewals to existing licenses, right?).

To add to the complexity, we purchase through a larger regional organization for the schools, and I think the bought these through a different vendor that the ones that are currently "holding" our licenses.

Do I need to contact the current license holding vendor to have them "transfer" ownership to my portal somehow (or create a new portal account for them?) I don't think I can contact support directly (or open a ticket directly) until the support license gets upgraded from gold to premium (kind of a chicken-egg quandry I am in).

Any guidance would be appreciated.
