Unseen Deliver

Is there any way to make a change to the /var/storage/chroot-cffd/var/chroot-smtp/etc/exim.conf file and have it survive an update? We add a line system_filter = /etc/exim.system_filter and then in that file we add the unseen deliver address.

Unfortunately this gets overwritten on every update and we get caught out. We have requested that a feature be added to support provision for this in the web interface but no luck.

Any ideas?
