Redirect port 80 to 8080

Hi, how do i go about redirecting all port 80 traffic to port 8080? We are using the http proxy and have set our browsers to 8080 which works fine. However, we have some remaining programs that still want to use port 80 which we cant change, so just want to force these down the same route. Thanks.
