One user sent an email to a another user on our domain but it was quarantined (don't know why). The sender was outside of our LAN and sent via the internet so it went through AGS.
Should this happen or do I need to set up an exception to skip all checks something like?:
*@domain.com *@domain.com
On another thread, does all internal mail sent through AGS even although we don't check outbound mail?
