Can Astaro do Regex content removal or replace?

I guess this is a question for the real gurus out there. Can the Astaro web filter do Regex content removal or Replace?

So I am not looking for a way to use a Regex to block certain URLs - I want to remove specific sections out of specific webpages - or perhaps even replace those sections with something else... Can this be done with Astaro or should I look at a different product?
