As I guess there may be other Synology users out there - if you experience the same issue, where downloading the DSM update fails, probably a look into the ips.log may help (if active). I got those rejects here - I guess false positives.
So you also may change the SID 23101 from drop/reject to alert under your advanced settings of the ips, which allows the successful download of the update ;)
