Would I use RED for this config?

I'n not sure if I would use a RED unit or have to go another route for what I'm trying to do but let me explain:

Main Site:
50 static IP's
2 Astaro 220 using HA
Exchange 2010 using 2 CAS servers & 3 Mailbox servers (DAG Config)

Offsite Location:
13 static IP's
Would like to add a Domain Controller Server
Would like to add 1 CAS server & 1 Mailbox server (Part of Main DAG config)
**Replication for DC & Mail would be needed**

I would like to configure offsite location as a Failover location in the event that the Main location site goes down.

Any info would greatly be appreciated.
