Allow Single Twitter Page

Hi Guys

Im trying to allow a single twitter page through the webproxy but it still comes back as blocked when I try it.

The address is http://www.twitter.com/#!/<mypage>

When it comes back blocked it comes back as the address twitter.com so i think it could be something to do with #!

Any help would be great
