user cant receive RSS Feeds service from Microsoft after installing Astaro

Hello,

our customer installed Astaro, before they had different router.

He is registered in outlook to RSS feeds from microsoft, he get daily mails from them.
After they installed astaro they dont receive any.

I tried to look for the sender address but microsoft hide it..

Anyone got any idea?
