I am running version 9.000-8 as a software appliance.
Web Filtering block messages are positioned in the upper left corner of the browser window but Web Filter download messages are centered, vertically and horizontally, in the browser window.
In my opinion both should be formatted the same way. I have a slight preference for the centering but I can live with either.
