ICMP dropped - why?

Hello,

I have some firewall problems. As you can see on the attached screenshots, some ICMP packets are dropped, and I can't figure out why.

My ICMP-Settings:




I also made an additional firewall rule for the affected client, but it still doesn't work:




The "EPC Server" in the firewall-rule has the IP-Address 192.168.12.169.
This IP-Adress is also shown in the log file with the dropped ICMP packets:



Why are these packets dropped?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
