I had this issue back in v8, and there never seemed to be a real answer to it. Some people experience the exact issue, and some seem to have no problem at all. I thought perhaps it was a problem in my upgrading, so I decided to start fresh with v9 on a new machine. Well the problem persists, so apparently that wasn't it.
The issue is this: Webserver Protection reporting shows me bar graphs for all the traffic coming in to my web servers. When I click on the "Detail" tab to drill down and see more specific information, there are no records at all. It shows "Results 1-0 of 0".
A quick google search against astaro.org shows that a multitude of people reported this same issue (including myself) but thread after thread that I parse never end with a solution. They just seem to fade away.
Roughly every 5 minutes, I see this message repeat in the System Log:
Has anyone who experienced this issue found a cause or a workaround? The reverse proxy is working. The graphs show traffic. The logs are full of connections, looks like the reporting is broken.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Dave
