Hi everbody,
today I was a little bit confused about a question I couldn't answer.
Situation:
- 8 locations (headquarter and 7 offices)
- each office has got a VPN to the headquarter
- 3 offices do have a second VPN to one office because there is a central phone system for these offices
- IP ranges at the offices: 10.80.x.x/24 ; 10.81.x.x/24 ... 10.85.x.x/24 (5 networks per office)
- at least I got a lot of networks at the headquarter at this range (10.x.x.x/8)
Question:
What happend to the IPSec routes if there are two matching e.g. 10.80.x.x for the phone system VPN and 10.x.x.x/8 for the headquarter VPN?
Is it first match or best match?.. I think it's the same for the static routes!?
best regards
