Help w/Steam and QoS

Hiya guys,

I just some new hardware for my ASG, and decided to start from scratch, and in doing so, without backing up my QoS settings, have to start from the begin. So i may require some help. Here's what i've got so far (see attachments). Internet Connection is 18000/1100, but I don't always get that so i set it alot lower.

Any help would be great.
