Kinda new with ASG...
I'm wondrin' why can't I ping the device.
I rebooted the device manually several times...The WAN/LAN LED indicator is on, so I should have an access to the internet or internal network. At first I thought, the internet had a problem, but i found out that I can't even ping my ASG.
What could be the problem?
The last time I checked the dashboard, it says that my license is missing. Could this be the cause of the problem? I should've had a 1 yr license for my equipment. What could cause my license to disappear?
P.S. I cant find my backup file for my ASG. So I really need to fix the equipment and ASAP. :(
