So our school network has just put in place around 30 some iPads at one of the locations. Our staff is having a difficult time downloading apps from the App Store giving us an error message like this:
Our teachers are having to authenticate their online sessions every so often throughout the day by putting in their AD credentials which then will allow for their browsing pleasures.
Does anyone have any suggestions how to work around this problem- that being not able to download apps and possibly a better way allowing their connection on the network.
I'm a new tech worker for our district and still learning all the ins and outs of this district. Sophos causes me a headache, which I'm sure is just because our network was put poorly together.
~Thanks.
