I've just completed the utm 8-> 9 upgrade and now im getting pretty consistan complaints from my main office that the voip phones are droping or have garbled text.
no changes were made to the configuration (other than the software update)
we have 12 cisco voip 7960 phones running on a external tftp server running the 'skinny" protocol
the bandwith in is just a boradband 15/10 from COX communication (no change to that)
1) I would love any thoughts on how to troubleshot the issue? I'm really at a loss
2) is there a way to roll back to 8 without lossing my logs?
