How does this work

All,

Networking is my specialty but i know a little.

I was supprised today when i got my executive report from my router when I saw that an external ip was in my list of "top clients" (see below item #1) Did i miss something at setup or is this normal or what I thought only 10.10.10.x ip's could be clients on my network?
