Using Sophos version 9.002-12.
Every few months we run into this issue where the proxy is unavailable to our users. It doesnt prompt for user credentials, web pages just time out for our users.
Going into the Single sign on tab and re-authenticating to the domain fixes the problem.
Can anyone provide some insight into why this is happening?
