Logging and reporting / Web Protection / Web Usage Report
Issue 1:
I have created several " Web Usage Reports " and they do mail out to the administrators as scheduled.
The problem I have is that the report they receive is not the same format as is shown when I view it inside the UTM. ( 9.004.34 )
When the report arrives it is in PDF format, but the search order appears to be by IP address first then by user name.
When I view that report on the screen it is sorted by "Traffic". This is how we want it to be sorted when it arrives in PDF format. I dont see any way of specifying the sort field.
Our customer logo also prints over the first 10 or so lines in the report. Is there any way to remove the logo from the report?
Help?
Issue 2:
When viewing the report with IE 9 in the UTM, then selecting the "Export as " icon, I am told to "right-click on the "left icon" then click "Save Target As". I have tried this using IE and FireFox 18 and neither have the "Save Target As" as an option. If I actually left click on the text that is giving me the instructions I can successfully save the PDF or the CSV file.
Has anyone else tried this?
