Ie Version or Chrome Version

Hello
Which version of IE or Chrome must use with HTML5 portal VPN.
I have IE9 and seem that l have version problem, because, a can not show my ssh session.
I get following error <A modern web browser is required to use this feature. This includes (but not limited to) Internet Explorer 10 or later, Firefox 6.0 or later and Google Chrome>
