Berlin IT company for support

Hi I have a client that is after an IT company for some basic support.
Information as supplied by customer:-
"Basic stuff:

Help with getting an internet connection setup

Hands on stuff, we can sort out the remote stuff."

I thought this might be a good forum to try as there are bound to be some Berlin locals on this list.
