Application filter blocks Battle.net with Skype and Bittorrent

I have discovered that the Skype application control filter (TCP port 1119) is blocking Battle.net from connecting with Diablo3. Bittorrent also gets a block but it does not actually keep me from connecting. If I do not have Skype allowed in the application control filter rule I get a Battle.net error 3005. Has anyone else seen this? Do you know of any work around outside of allowing the Skype application thru the application filter? Here is the log with the filter enabled for Battlenet, Skype and Bittorrent. The only thing I am doing when I captured this log is logging into Battlenet with Diablo 3.
