I am currently at a client site about to do an upgrade of the ASG525 Active / Passive to version 8 then onto v8.203. Best practice - always take a backup, have the license file and a hardware ISO to fall back on if need be. I can create a backup, but I get an error when trying to download the backup to my desktop - "fetching snapshot failed". This is also the case for several of the previous manual and auto backups.
I have logged a support call with Astaro, but so far they have not come back to me (Yes, I know there is a 4 hour SLA, but this is the only day to get the upgrade compeletd before the client is back to work tomorrow).
