ASG Freezes when uploading files

I installed the software on my system and set up a masquerade and firewall rule to allow my network access to the internet. If I attempt to upload files to a webserver or even run speedtests at speedtest.comcast.net or speakeasy.net/speedtest. The firewall system freezes on the upload part of the test. I can no longer access the webadmin, and all my computers lose internet connection. I must at that point power cycle the system. I do not even know where to begin to look for the problem. I am using the Home use version. Any help in tracking down the issue would be greatly appreciated. And btw, this is my first attempt at ASG.
