[8.900] Notification setting for blocked outgoing mail missing

Angelo anounced a new minor feature in the "Other Changes and Enhancements" section:

Administrators can now select to receive notifications when Mail Protection has blocked an outgoing message

I want to play around with this setting but I can't find it in the webadmin. Who can give me a hint? :o
