[8.9]] Voucher creation

Hi All

At the moment there is not notification/warning if a user enters invalid input for the data fields (pic)

For example if you enter a.a GB it accepts the input and just doesn't display anything

Also it doesn't accept decimal -for example you can't enter 2.5GB or time quota (i.e. 3,5hours)
