8.910 output packetfilters not working.?

Hi,

I'm running 8.910 and i noticed the following things:
My Ad auth broke for webadmin, (aua can't connect to the AD)

The ipv6 tunnel broker can't connect.

uplink monitoring is showing that the internet interface is down.

DNS is allmost dead..

audld can't connect

so it seems that outgoing connections are blocked and not logged...

HELP!! i need a quick fix.. :P
