I am experiencing a symptom on a remote customer's workstation with the ASTARO SSL VPN client (downloaded from our ASG, ver.8.301, and installed on MS Windows XP, 32-bits). After installing the client (no error messages...), the customer's user cannot see any connect option when right-clicking on the ASTARO icon in the system tray (he only gets the "Settings" and "Exit" options on the icon menu). The user says that he is logged on to his workstation as a Domain Administrator (currently, I am not on-site at the customer's premises to verify this).
What might be wrong? Any help appreciated...
