my VoIP voice quality has degraded under 9.000b, the users are complaining and so are the people on the other end of the call.
I have tried to setup up a QOS using application control, but the only choice is SIP, not the other protocols on the VoIP conversation.
How do you add none standard protocol ranges?
Do you have to use the older QOS configuration so you can include your own port selection?

Graphs show peak traffic of 30k bothways, where as before it used to peak around the 80k mark.
