[8.930] OSPF cosmetic

Hi All

If you enable OSPF feature and then you select to delete the interfaces and the area created, you'll get the following cosmetic (attached). You are then unable to re-enable the feature unless you create an new area. The same exists with BGP section

If you choose to navigate to another section whilst getting the attached issue, the icon will change to offline
