Changes to soft-release

• 23687 - Remove selfmon check for red server from slave

The Up2date package includes a new mpfc pattern. It will allow all Cluster/HA systems to upgrade to version 9.

Cluster/HA upgrade is only possible with version 8.309.

We will also upload the new ASI and ISO images.
